Uncle Harry’s Five and Dime tavern was opened in June 2013 by Troy Steadman. The tavern, located at 123 Main Street, was named after an old Main Street store called Harrison's Five and Dime. The bar’s name also became a tribute to Troy’s uncle Harry who passed away before the bar opened. Today it offers a unique yet classy small town feel to the Main Street including several tap beer selections and tap events such as a Boulevard bike ride. Uncle Harry’s draws more and more people to its fun-loving atmosphere every day. When asked what he loved most about being downtown, bartender Phil Adam noted that he enjoys the constant flow of people on the streets downtown. Certainly Uncle Harry’s offers a unique experience for those people as well. Visit Harry’s on Main Street or find them here on Facebook for details about specials and events.
