Put Your Endurance to the Test at the 1st Annual Cedar Valley Endurance Festival

***PLEASE NOTE: Race location has been moved to Igawanis Woodland in Bremer County. Festival will remain downtown.  

The Cedar Valley is home to one of the best trail systems in the state and there is no better time to enjoy it's beauty than during fall. Cool fall temperatures also make it the perfect season to register for an outdoor race, like the Cedar Valley Endurance Festival! Adventure sports, single track trails, music, food and great beer....yes, it will be as great as it sounds, so keep reading for more details!

Cedar Valley Endurance Festival

The Cedar Valley Fall Endurance Festival will be held on October 8th in downtown Cedar Falls. Races include 50k, 25k and 8k trail running races; a free kid's race; and an endurance mountain bike race of approximately 40 miles. Athletes can compete in both a run event and the mountain bike race for your chance to be the King or Queen of Endurance! Plus, each finisher gets free beer and chilli at the end of the race. There will also be a Strider bikes obstacle course, face painting, balloon animals and more.

Stick around post race to celebrate your finish with live music. Bands kick-off at 12:30pm and the musical line-up includes The Diplomats, Amelia and Melina and more!
