For the inaugural Cedar Falls Downtown District Street Party, Main Street will be closed for the Street Party programming and activities. All are welcome to enjoy the event, Downtown District bars and restaurants will be open for business, many of which will be set up outside of their doors with quick-serve food and drink items. Event goers can enjoy the festivities walking throughout Main Street with an official Street Party Koozie. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in the official Street Party Koozie. In addition, the only open container allowed in the streets will be placed in the Street Party koozie.
From giant yard games and a silent disco to pickleball, and live music, there will be plenty of entertainment and activities to enjoy while attending the District Street Party. There will be no cost to attend with the exception of purchasing the Street Party Koozie. Tickets for Koozies can be purchased through pre-registration, with Koozies being picked up upon check in at the event. More info to come!
Funds raised from koozie purchases will support Community Main Street.
