ARTapalooza 2022 Artist Application

APPLY NOW for the 16th annual ARTapalooza art festival on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 9-4pm in the Cedar Falls Downtown District. This juried art show features approximately 50 of the region’s best artists in categories such as jewelry, painting, drawing, ceramics, photography, sculpture, metal, wood and mixed media. 

Presented by Community Main Street, ARTapalooza is a one-day festival that also features musicians, street performers, and hands-on art activities for children and adults.  This award winning event has gained a solid reputation as a premier art show in the State.

      Entries received after May 16 must include a $15.00 late fee
      Late applications accepted until June 1st, late fees apply
Artist Notification no later than: June 15, 2022
Show Materials Emailed: August 20, 2022
Show Date: September 10, 2022

Artists wishing to share a booth must both fill out an application and submit a jury fee to be juried into the show separately. If both artists are accepted, they may share a booth and submit one booth fee but will only receive one breakfast, lunch and snack. You may submit an additional $15 if you would like to both receive meals. Please note this in the application field below.   • $20.00 Jury Fee (separate check from booth fee)
  • $55.00 Booth Fee (separate check from jury fee)
  • $15.00 late fee if after May 16, 2022
  • $15.00 for one additional hospitality fee (one meal is included with booth fee)
  • Four high resolution images of your artwork* named image 1, image 2, image 3, image 4.
    • No need to send pictures of your booth or how you display your work.

*Images should be emailed to events@communitymainstreet.org

I have read and agree to abide by all the festival rules and regulations provided to me during the course of ARTapalooza.  I hereby agree to waive all causes of action and agree to hold harmless Community Main Street and the City of Cedar Falls and all representatives for any and all losses, damages, and injuries that may arise from my participation in ARTapalooza on Saturday, September 10, 2022.  I represent that all works displayed and sold by me during ARTapalooza are my own work and that all submitted images accurately represent my work.  I represent that I own the rights to the submitted images and grant ARTapalooza unfettered permission to use the submitted images in promotional material for ARTapalooza.  I also understand that there will be no refunds in the event of inclement weather.
